Returns
Due to customers using Wicked Injection as a buy and try source, we can no longer accept returns. Please be sure you know what you are buying prior to purchasing it. In some cases, arrangements may be made in advance of checkout between Wicked Injection and the customer allowing a return in the event the part does not meet expectations but these are rare instances that must be documented in the order prior to check out.
Shipping
Wicked Injection cannot facilitate international USPS order coordination. USPS is the United States Postal Service and only operates in the United States of America. When an item ships, the package is handed off to the foreign postal delivery service and in most cases, tracking updates for packages are not relayed back to the USPS. This shows as the end of tracking on the link sent for the order, usually in Chicago, IL. Because the package has been handed to a foreign entity, we cannot intervene, get information or additional information. USPS is the riskiest and lowest option and Wicked Injection is not responsible for lost, missing or delayed packages sent via this method. We have had packages sent to Australia take over 30 days to deliver.
Buyer is responsible for all import taxes, duties and fees.
